HI, I'M JESS!
I'm a Hong Kong-based yoga, acroyoga, and stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga instructor who can’t seem to stay still. Movement has always been a huge part of my life growing up, but it took injuries to realize it wasn’t about “making shapes” and understand the importance of learning how to move in a safe, functional way. Through teaching, I hope to help people move better and become the best versions of themselves through a healthy body and mind.
