ACROYoga

Acroyoga combines yoga and partner acrobatics in a playful practice that cultivates trust and community in a powerful way. Prepare to develop a strong foundation as a base and an understanding of your body as a flyer both on the ground and on your partner's feet! Open to all levels, no partner or previous experience required.

Flow Fit / Power Vinyasa / Vinyasa Flow

Connect to your breath and flow from pose to pose with a strong and energetic sequence that will get you out of your head and focused in the present through a moving meditation. The dynamic class will increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as well as calm the mind and improve overall health. Open to all levels, variations and modifications offered

YOGA For Athletes (RestoreHer)

A gentle, all-levels class designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance in other forms of training. Each session will focus on releasing muscles that get tense from a typical strength workout, including but not limited to the shoulders, hips, quads, and hamstrings. Poses are generally held for longer periods to allow the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia to soften, improving flexibility and range of motion while bringing awareness to the breath.

Yoga Core Flow

Yoga Core Flow is a Hatha-based class which focuses on holding the yoga postures longer than a flow class to create heat and strength in the core area: abdomen, back and pelvis. Strength and stability will be the focus in the first part of class then to balance the body, some flexibility and relaxation postures will end the practice. Open to all levels.


Private One-on-One / Group Yoga

Jessica offers private instruction to individuals and small groups. Private yoga classes are the most effective way to learn yoga at a level uniquely tailored for your needs, and are ideal if you are planning to develop a home practice, recovering from an injury, or want to work on a specific aspect of your personal practice. Benefit from having individualized attention to your form alignment while developing your flexibility, strength, and improving your sense of overall well-being.

Corporate Yoga

More companies are offering wellness programs to their employees to maintain physical and mental health. Corporate yoga classes can be a welcome break to a busy work day, and is a great way to boost staff morale while increasing work productivity and keeping stress levels low. Classes can be any length, any time of day, taught at your office or a locally sourced venue.
