Acroyoga combines yoga and partner acrobatics in a playful practice that cultivates trust and community in a powerful way. Prepare to develop a strong foundation as a base and an understanding of your body as a flyer both on the ground and on your partner's feet! Open to all levels, no partner or previous experience required.
This class combines a sequence of vinyasa flow designed to stimulate the lymphatic, digestive and circulatory system by opening, compressing and twisting internal organs. Emphasis is also placed on deep and effective breathing and proper alignment.
A slow-paced practice that links breath with movement. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.
Connect to your breath and flow from pose to pose with a strong and energetic sequence that will get you out of your head and focused in the present through a moving meditation. The dynamic class will increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as well as calm the mind and improve overall health. Open to all levels, variations and modifications offered.
Recharge & Restore
The best of both worlds, this class is half flow and half restorative yoga in one. Get your workout in as well as replenishing and relaxing both the mind and body.
YOGA For Athletes
A gentle, all-levels class designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance in other forms of training. Each session will focus on releasing muscles that get tense from a typical strength workout, including but not limited to the shoulders, hips, quads, and hamstrings. Poses are generally held for longer periods to allow the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia to soften, improving flexibility and range of motion while bringing awareness to the breath.
Slow down with this gentle practice and create the feeling of space and freedom in your body. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for extended periods to allow the joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia to release, enhancing range of motion and improving flexibility.
Private One-on-One / Group Yoga
Jessica offers private instruction to individuals and small groups up to 5 participants. Private yoga classes are the most effective way to learn yoga at a level uniquely tailored for your needs, and are ideal if you are planning to develop a home practice, recovering from an injury, or want to work on a specific aspect of your personal practice.
