ACROVINYASA takes yoga from earth to air by uniting elements of vinyasa, inversion training, and acroyoga. This practice cultivates trust and community in a powerful way. Inspired by traditional yoga asanas and L-based acrobatic flying, this progressive yoga system includes both solo and partner practice. Bringing a refreshingly playful approach to an ancient tradition, ACROVINYASA feels more like a dance with gravity than physical exercise. Prepare to develop a strong foundation as a base and an understanding of your body as a flyer both on the ground and on your partner's feet!

Gentle Flow

A slow-paced practice that links breath with movement. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Kita Flow

Kita Yoga's signature class, Kita Flow, is a holistic practice designed to offer our community an authentic, healing and educational experience. The class includes a rich vinyasa based sequence of the asana (physical) practice with a strong emphasis on creativity and alignment, incorporating a blend of other lineages, together with pranayama (breath work) and meditation. With a fun group of teachers who bring their own magic to the practice, each class will have a different taste, offering students a truly well rounded and nurturing experience. Expect small class sizes, lots of hands on assists, and chilled vibes.

YOGA For Athletes

A gentle, all-levels class designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance in other forms of training. Each session will focus on releasing muscles that get tense from a typical strength workout, including but not limited to the shoulders, hips, quads, and hamstrings. Poses are generally held for longer periods to allow the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia to soften, improving flexibility and range of motion while bringing awareness to the breath.

Private One-on-One / Group Yoga

Jessica offers private instruction to individuals and small groups up to 5 participants. Private yoga classes are the most effective way to learn yoga at a level uniquely tailored for your needs, and are ideal if you are planning to develop a home practice, recovering from an injury, or want to work on a specific aspect of your personal practice. Benefit from having individualized attention to your form alignment while developing your flexibility, strength, and improving your sense of overall well-being.

Corporate Yoga

More companies are offering wellness programs to their employees to maintain physical and mental health. Corporate yoga classes can be a welcome break to a busy work day, and is a great way to boost staff morale while increasing work productivity and keeping stress levels low. Classes can be any length, any time of day, taught at your office or a locally sourced venue.
